    I was curious what you guys use for anti-fog. I havent had good luck with the rain-x stuff

        That sounds so foreign to me. I use my heater 6+ months out of the year. It won't be any time soon, but I deal with a glass company that carries RainX and similar products. If I am talking to them, I'll try to remember your situation.

        For now, I suggest you keep the glass as clean as possible.

        Just to be clear are you referring to internal or external condensation (on the inside or outside of the vehicle)?

                Being that you live in WI certain times of year when its cold/hot enough and enough moisture, you need that defroster. I can live with out A/C in my Trans Am but if I ever pulled the HVAC system, there would have to be something in there to get things like fog.

                In a old 94 z28, I had to bypass the heater core while I fixed it and I just so happend with the the drag strip 100 miles away and it was one of the foggiest, wettest, mornings in a long time and it was a crazy exp trying not to crash. Lets just say, the core was replace that week w/o further issue.
