  • g-220??

    Hey.
I´m putting together an order from Autogeek. I need a DA.
I live in Norway, and we have 220V -so I thought the G220 should be my machine... Since, if I got it I just needed to swap the socket connector, plug and play...

Problem is; I can´t seem to find it anywhere. Autogeek say I should get a power converter for the voltage in my country. Sounds more difficult than just getting the G220, right? What do I do??

What do you other Europeans do?

Well I'm no European but we so have 220 volt sockets here in the Philippines and I got a Step Down Transformer for my G110, Flex, PC and G100 and have not had any problems whatsoever. You are lucky because the G200 is readily available in Europe, if I were you I would just order it from there to avoid any hassle with warranty and getting a transformer.

i am in the uk where we have 240v and then G220 is fine, it is designed to work in europe and cover the different variations in voltages as well.

Where did you get that? From the US or at home?
I know the 220 would be good, but I can´t find it anywhere! Not at Meguiars.com, E-bay, Autogeek.....
The Flex and PC machines that I can buy here cost around $750...

Too bad I can´t order one with the rest of the stuff i´m getting.

Hello from Austria to the north ,

if you don't have a chance to find any british shop, you might probably try a german shop (as they have 220 V as well).

            Try devilgloss: http://www.devilgloss.com/oxid.php/s...lisher-G220EU/

            or Petzoldts: http://www.petzoldts.info/index.php?...146&cPath=1_20

            Ciao, Stefan

A co-worker of his got it during a visit to the states and hand carried it back for him. When he comes online I'm sure he can tell you more.
