Im a newbie with my PC... I seem to not be able to get these tiny scratch out..there not the cobb-web kind/type ...Im praticing on my bucket.lol its a 91 honda civic light blue in color ...any suggestions?

M80, Speed Setting 5.0, shrink the size of your work area down to about 16" square or so, make at least 2 passes in 2 directions with firm pressure while keeping the pad rotating and then after these 4 passes make a couple more and lessen your pressure, (finish polishing).
Now inspect the results and let us know what you see.
