My 12 yr old Chevy got the first treatment with my new G110. Overall, I can say it saved me a lot of fatigue and produced some great results. Considering that this is an ungaraged, daily driver I am pleased with the results. The weekend before I washed, clayed, Endurance tire gel and quick waxed. I UQDed it yesterday and wiped it down again this AM before I started. Total time today was 2 hours.
I REALLY like the G110 and the 2.0 pads
SwirlX was first but, I didn't like the results so, I moved on to a fresh pad and some UC. Here's a close up of the hood after UC on a yellow pad. Speed 4.
After the UC, I moved on to Tech Wax 2.0 as my LSP.
I applied this with a black pad at speed of 3. I got an extremely EVEN coat of Tech Wax and very little left on the pad. Effective use of the product.
I finshed it off with a MF bonnett on a red pad at speed of 2.
Here's a reflection shot down the side.
This is a shot of my pads when I was done. The two on the left started as yellow. That UC is great.
Thanks for all the advice leading up to this. It was nice to get this done well and quickly compared to my hand.
I noticed that the UC was a lot thinner than SwirlX... is that a bad bottle?
