  • Bosch 3725?

I want to do some paint correction on my 05 F-150 and i want to start using a random orbit polisher. I never clayed my truck before and have waxed it twice a year and i have swirled it pretty good. I think i am going to start with the swirlx but i just want to see if i could use a random orbit sander i already have. It is a Bosch 3725dvs. I does 4,500 to12,000 opms and has a 3/16" orbit. I noticed that the meguirs piece has a 5/16" orbit and goes from 1,500 to 5,500 opms. I have also noticed on a sticky that the best opm to apply swirlx or UC is at setting 4-5 on the meguirs G110. I could get the same opms on my Bosch at setting 1. Is there any problem with this? What do you guys think?

If not where can i get pads for it? It is a 5" unit and has a hook and loop zelcro piece for holding sand paper already.

This is my first of many posts I hope. Thanks for any help in advance.

3725 is not strong enough to do paint correction.
