I recently had one of my 5" microfiber correction pads begin to separate on me. I put in a call to the techline and Tim said that they will replace the pad. But because how close I am to HQ I asked if I could just drop it off and he said no problem. I walked in the front door and dropped off my pad with Kathy? and she said they would mail a new one out.
Well a couple days later in the mail I received 2 brand new 5" microfiber correction pads
