(I'm talking about microfiber cutting/polishing pads) Is it safe to wash them in a washing machine? Is that even necessary, since the compounds just dry up and flake off? Your thoughts, thanks

I wash mine with soap (dawn or equivalent) and water. Or I sometimes spray them with APC+ and rinse them out. I do them by hand and use a conditioning brush to lightly agitate them. -
Mine are cleaned with regular laundry detergent. Then put in the dryer without the dryer sheet. Sometimes I'll hang dry them too.Comment

A little bit of APC then I use my air compressor to blow them out and air dry. I sey all my pad on my grit guard face down to dry them.Comment
