Even Coat applicators

hi there

after trailing with the even coat app ive had fantastic results with it via quik wax, one of the waxes avaliable. because the aust market does not have spray tech wax i had no choice but to use quik wax.

but the question is, and it maybe a stupidly obvious one, if i can use even coat apps for liquid waxes such as gold class or tech wax? my common sense tells me its not suited, but after reading the even coat applicator product description, its worded in such a way that you can in fact use any wax to apply it.

i like the even coat apps as it gives me less chance to create swirls whilst working on any surface.

Not only is it ok, but in fact, I prefer the Even Coat applicators to apply liquid waxes as they well, tend to lay a thinner, even coat! I actually found some blue microfiber applicators at Wal-Mart that I use as well as they are a tad bit smaller, so I use both depending on what I need.

I have probably 4 or 5 of those blue microfiber applicators from wal-mart, they do a pretty good job... i just got in a 4-pack of the yellow applicators from meg... gonna see which i like better.

I like the High Tech Applicator pads (the yellow foam ones) for applying wax by hand, but I like the Even Coat Applicators (the white microfiber ones) for applying pure polishes like M81. Those blue microfibers from Wal-Mart are great for treating interior leather and vinyl. I picked up a few and love them for interior work.
