Do you know if the wheels are clearcoated? If they are then you can treat them like the paint on the rest of the car. You can go ahead and try some Ultimate Compound on a foam applicator. Remember, it may take four to five applications depending on how deep the scratch is. It may even be too deep to remove let alone remove by hand. It looks like a little bit of 'passion' behind a foam applicator with Ultimate Compound will take that out.
If they are not clear coated then I recommend using Meguairs Hot Rims Mag and Aluminum Polish.
Since the wheels are factory, I believe that they are clearcoated so go ahead and give Ultimate Compound a try. Just remember to clean the wheel first from any debris or particulate. In fact, I would go ahead and just thoroughly but gently wash the entire car at this time.
Patience is the key. Take a seat on the ground, shake up the Ultimate Compound, apply to your foam applicator and work the surface with a good amount of pressure. It may take 4-5 or more applications but it looks like you can remove those scratches. Remember to use clean, soft, plush towels for wipe off, like Supreme Shine Microfiber towels. You know when it is time to wipe off when there is only a thin film left on the area you are working on. Good luck!
