I've had a Honda gasoline powered 3,200 PSI 2.2 gal/min washer for about 15 years, works great but is kind of a pain for washing cars and the RV so I thought about getting an electric. I also have a WORX battery powered one for distilled water rinsing, but would like a plug in electric for vehicle washing. I see many different ones out there and wanted to know what some of you use, not sure if I should go with the maximum pressure I can find or not. I also noticed on the electric the GPM on most is 1.2 as opposed to my gas unit which is 2.2. If you think I should just stick with the gas I can do that but it's big and clumsy and dealing with gasoline and starting /stopping can become a PITA at times. I saw one Ryobi that starts and stops with the squeeze of the trigger but I also saw a lot of complaints on the Ryobi.

GPM is more important to me personally than PSI. I am considering a Kranzle or the ARBlue Clean AR630.Nick Winn

Going cheaper than the 2 amazing machines mentioned above, which would be 1st and 2nd choice respectively, Big Boi out of Australia has a decent looking washer with attachments too. I don't know much about it, but I have one of their blowers and it is a nice unit.

I got this on Amazon last year for $129 delivered and then got a shorty wand to go with it. Very nice unit and has a 3 year warranty. Motor comes on when you squeeze the trigger and off when you let go. Not all washers have that feature. Love the compact design and light weight. Easy to store in my laundry room and carry to the driveway when needed.

Hi BigB,
It's great to hear about your positive experience with your Honda gasoline-powered pressure washer over the years. Transitioning to an electric pressure washer for vehicle washing can indeed offer some convenience, especially with a more compact design and easier handling.
Considering your specific needs, you might want to focus on electric pressure washers with a balance between pressure and gallons per minute (GPM). While the maximum pressure is essential for effective cleaning, a higher GPM ensures a more efficient water flow, which can be crucial for washing larger surfaces like RVs. The 1.2 GPM you've noticed on electric models is generally sufficient for car washing, but you may want to find a model that strikes a good balance for your RV as well.
Regarding the Ryobi option you mentioned, it's always helpful to take customer reviews into account. If there are consistent complaints about a specific model, it might be worth exploring other brands or models with better user feedback. Features like the trigger-start mechanism can indeed add convenience, but durability and overall performance should be top priorities.
