Wel I got my sizable order in today hyper wash, hyper dressing, apc, and safe degreaser. Along with several secondary bottle and matching sprayers.

Well the hand pumps that I got for the hyper wash and dressing have a way larger cap almost three times the size of the cap that is on the bottle. My question is are these caps suppose to seal to the bottle or are they just going to sit on top and reseal with the regular cap when not in use? I have pics i will post later any help would be great Thanks. Greg.

Ps. The hyperdressing bottle leaked some during shipping and had a small hole in the top near seal. I called meguiars and replacement is on the way Meguiars is the best.

The pump should screw on to the gallon jug. Can you please post a photo?

That is not the right lid on the pump. I suggest contacting Meguiar's customer service and direct them to this thread with the picture of the pump. I am sure they will take care of you!

You received the D05PUMP which is for the five gallon pails.

I got no pump at all with my bottle of Hyper Wash. I ordered it from autogeek and they told me they don't get the pumps either. I'm doing fine without it though. I just pour some of it in a smaller(empty) bottle that's used for dish washing soap and I have a measuring cup to get the amount right. The HW is like a gel and I usually fill the bucket first and then whisk the cup around in the water(with the proper amount of wash).

I called customer care they are sending me 2 pumps for the one gallon bottle thanks for help. Greg.
