Meguiars Australia is the distributor. On their site you can enter
your postcode and search for local distributors.
However due to the small product line-up in Aus, Meguiars Australia does nopt currently import #16, so chances are you are out of luck.

      They do however
      #26 Professional Paste Wax
      NXT Wax (personal Fav)
      DC#3
      Gold Class Wax
      Cleaner Wax
      Colour Boost Car Wax
      Quick Wax (booster)

      Good luck on your search

the stores that stock meguairs arent great.
they dont stock what hobbiest detailers need...

all theys tock are NXT wax, wash
        gold class wash / wax

they dont have any detailer line.
the only professional products they stock are #1 and #2

ive looked all around my area, and thats all they have,..

i have resorted to enquiring with Rick at ADS to see if i can get some detailer products shipped here..

I have had no problems ordering from rick, as you will notice the prices from ADS and US are a tenth of what we pay here so evenafter shipping you are still in front. Rick will look after you like he did me and im sure everyone that uses his services
          Good Luck

shows what i orderd and further down th page what i paid. Poastage was a large amount but only because i ordered the gallon size #80, #83 and 1/2 Gal. #21

It took 6 days from when i paid for it and rick went above and beyond 4 me.

buggar, got a quote from Rick at ADS
it will cost me $86 US for shipping.
                  $75 US worth of products

so all up going to cost me $220 AUS

decided it wasnt worth it as i wanted to spend a max of $120 AUS

Is that for Airmail? Maybe you should ask Rick for a surface mail quote...though this can take upto 1-2 months, but if you are not in a hurry...
