Don't tell anyone, but I got some Klasse AIO. I have not used it yet.

What would be the difference between AIO and any other quality cleaner/wax?

Usually a cleaner/wax either works or it doesn't, heck even Nu Finish works, it's a cleaner/wax.

Meguiar's introduced their cleaner/wax in 1973 so we have most if not all the competition beat for longevity and because we continually improve our formulas our products always work as good and usually better and best of all we're also very competitive on price and usually easier to find than the higher priced boutique cleaner waxes or AIO's i.e. All-in-Ones

I am beginning to think marketing is playing a factor here. Thus raising the price tag.

All-in-one? Isn't that what ColorX is?

                Yup, as are A12, #6 and #66.

#6 used to be about my favorite product but #66 is really growing on me.

I also like #66 a lot. I just bought a new truck and without the time or weather to do a multi-step I threw on some #66 via 8006 pad and PC. I just wanted to get some protection on it as I could tell it hadn't been waxed.....probably since 2003 when it was new! I use #66 for all my single step jobs. It doesn't have the cutting ability of #80 but it does have some bite and leaves a nice shine. If you work it like a polish but allow it to dry before removal it is a great cleaner/wax or AIO.

IMHO all those "all-in-one" products are a bit of a compromise.
Sometimes not aggresive enough on the start and sometimes not shiny enough at the end.
So why settle for a so called AIO-product when I have to use other products along with it?

Seems like AIO can be used on everything not just paint. More than a cleaner wax IMHO.

You don’t always need to use another product with an all-in-one. It depends on the job.

No product is perfect for all applications at all times. All products have their own balance of strengths and weaknesses. High quality results come from choosing products and techniques for the job at hand.

There are many instances when a general-purpose tool is preferable over specialized tool with narrowly focused capability. Knowing which tool to use and when is one of the foundations of craftsmanship.

Just my 2 cents, but Kalasse AIO works great on glass and trim, it will remove splatter and old wax and makes the glass look good. I like using it on wheels and the glass when I'm finishing up a detail. I don't think it really has any abrasives such as #66, but more of a chemical cleaner, like MPPC, but not as strong and it adds some protection.
