First black vehicle - another question

Is there a way to get the truck reasonably clean just using a pressure washer? Right now I'm foaming with Ultimate wash and wax which doesn't foam all that well with my machine and them would like to just let it sit and then wash it off as we get into the winter months while I can still run out the hose without freezing?

I don't have any touchless car washes within a reasonable distance and I'm wondering if there is any product that will do a decent job of lifting the dirt so it can be sprayed off?
