    Howzit fellow car freaks

    I am from South africa , recently joined. Great fan of Meguiars products, altough it is sometime difficult to find it here. Any specialsits on metallic paint out there?

      You're metallic paint has a clear layer of paint over it so you're not working on a metallic paint you're working on a clear coat layer of paint and you treat it like any other color, that is,

      Wash
      Clay if needed
      Clean if needed
      Polish - Optional step
      Protect - Apply a coating of wax or a paint sealant
      Maintain - Use a quick detailer to remove light dust in-between normal washing and waxing
