Newbie...Just starting out.

What's up guys/gals?
My name is Chris.........and I'm addicted to chocolate.
Anyway. I'm new to the threads, and new to detailing. I think it all started when I was a kid. I'm not sure it's normal to wash and polish your bike twice a week at just 12 years old. From there I washed the family vehicles growing up, and close friends of the family. So...I have a day job working for the Department of Energy. But just recently decided to do car detailing on the side. I've probably done about 15 or 20 cars so far. Maybe eventually quit this job and do it full time.
Look forward to reading the posts and learning more from you guys. I've seen a lot of nice work already!

Out of curiousity...can anybody help me with a pricing guide? I'm in Northern CA (san joaquin county) if that helps.

Pricing Guide?

It's kind of whatever the retailer sets it at. We have MSRP, (Manufactures Suggested Retail Price), but retailers can and do veer off these prices, both up and down the scale.

Sorry...My question was a little vague.

I meant pricing for detailing cars/trucks. Wash, wash/wax, wash/wax/shampoo/dress. I just detailed a 2005 Accord. For a complete detail I charged $120. Took a little over six hours. I think I'm a little cheap. So I was looking for a guideline so to speak.
