Looks like Nighthawk Black (Honda speak) with all those blue sparkles over black paint.
Nothing shines like it once you've got it nicely polished.
My hood had been keyed and there were fine scratches, swirl marks, and cracking clear coat. I was prepared to spend $400 to have the hood repainted. I tried an agressive multi-step restoration process using Meguiar's products. You won't need to do anything this agressive. Here's a link to my PhotoBucket site with a slideshow of the process.

I have those same scratches on my hood..from the rocks on the freeway...It looks like I have to do some wetsanding... Those are great pics! I hope to learn a lot from this weekend's class in Irvine.
Ya, same nighthawk black color. I thought Acura uses some other paint stages..but the bottom line...is its the same stuff.
