Hi, my name is Shane and I live in Powell, Tennessee. I like to detail my own car, and am pretty picky about it, even though I'm only a 20 year old guy. I've been detailing for only a couple of years, mostly my car and my parents' cars, but I've also done a few friends' cars on the side. I learned most of what I know from the car dealership where I work and reading lots of detailing websites and forums, and from just plain experimenting with different products and techniques. I joined Meguiar's Online because I would like to make my daily driver, a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera SL, look like a show car! She's my baby - only 117,000 miles on her and still going strong. I figure, what the heck, why not try to improve her finish? The most I can get out of it is extreme satisfaction and a few stares going down the road! Hopefully I can get some pictures of it on here soon. Chow!
