Greetings to all. My name is Ray Raffa and I am a retired electrical engineer venturing into a headlight restoration business. We manufacture supplies for headlight restorers. Since some would consider us competition to Meguilar's, I won't discuss our products. However, I would like to share some of the ideas that apply to any headlight restorer regardless of their system or supplier.
We did extensive research on the subject of cloudy headlights and have a good grasp of the deterioration cycle and how to fix it.
One of the chemists we use worked for a company supplying UV protection coatings to the automotive headlight industry. Anyway, would like to share with the group.
