    I'm old, but new here

    Hey, I am a 71 year old who wants to start taking care of the finish of his motorcycle and car.

    Had my bike detailed professionally and was not really happy. Detailer did not get some marks out of the paint and he made excuses. I think taking my time I can do it better.

        Never too late to start :-) You're thread title is funny.

        What kind of car are you driving? What kind of bike do you ride as well? The TX has me puzzled (Triumph perhaps).
        I hope I'm still rock'n & roll'n at age 71. Good for you.

          I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.
          I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
          Remove swirls my friends.
