Well, the snowbank that has been keeping our toy in the basement is almost gone! I've been applying various Meguiar's products in preparation for it's first appearance of the year so I thought I would drop in and see what others are up to this Spring.

Re: New member from Maine
Welcome to MOL. I know what you mean about the snow up there in Bangor. I had a stop there back in december of 09 and boy was it cold and snowing.Practice doesn't make perfect, the dedication to achieve perfection makes perfect. "Smack"

Re: New member from Maine
Thanks for all the warm greetings! Glad to get them since it snowed here today. It's hard to believe it's the end of April. We got the car out at the beginning of April last year and had temps in the 70s.
The good news is that I've had extra time to pick up tips and info on new products here in the forum. The Shelby has been clayed and then polished with Ultimate Polish followed by an application of M07. I then waxed it with NXT Tech Wax 2. I read here in the forum that some have used the Gold Class Carnauba wax as a final coat. I might also try that to see if I like how it looks.
