I Have recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Xterra (High Gloss Black). I love the vehicle and how it looks when it is clean. However, We have in Southwest NM what we call the windy season, which includes a lot a blowing dust from the desert. My question for you experts out there is as follows: What can be used to eliminate the dust from the vehicle in between washes. I have read about California Dusters (do they work without scratching the clear coat?). Is there such an animal as a anti-static polish or wax available?
It would seem as though the dust I refer to loves to stick to the surface of the black paint (I am assuming this is some form of static reaction.
Looking forward to your responses.
