Hello, long time reader and finally a registered member. I finally scrounged the money together to buy myself a DA polisher and what do ya know, the G110v2 was the obvious choice. I've never had a professional polisher before as this is an upgrade from my cheap orbital polisher that could hardly wield my Meguiar's foam pads. I've only had it a week and I've only polished with it for about 10 minutes (all I've had time for) and I'm already very impressed!
I own a 67 Camaro that has mostly new interior. I don't drive it as it's stripped down in primer waiting for me to get off the couch and do some bodywork and paint (maybe next summer). I also drive my wife around in her black 2010 Ford Escape. I've already noticed a good deal of swirls and hairline scratches forming on it, so It'll be great to see what the G110v2 can do.
I really enjoy this forum as I always seem to learn new tips and tricks with every read through. I haven't searched it yet but I wonder if Meguiar's will ever do a tour up to Canada for a Saturday workshop. I would love to be in on one of those classes.
Thanks for having me,
Ian
