I've been lurking here for a bit, and this is an amazing wealth of info! I'm 17 and working at a dealership doing basic washing, so I'm learning from the detail guys bit by bit. I finally got the time to do a proper wash, and detail on my car (In the middle of winter sadly) I'm willing to take any advice anyone is willing to give me, always eager to learn.

Hello - I am new as well - I just posted a question regarding marking on the hood of my brand new car. There is a marking which the dealer indicated is from the shipping plastic - -after 9 days it's still there. Can you advise on how to fix this?
