Howdy all,
Name is Kevin, from Ohio and live in Ohio currently. I have a soccer mom mobile(CR-V) and a stock Jeep Cherokee that I wash from time to time, lol. I have a German Shepherd Dog named Shelby or Fluffy(long story). I got a sweet deal on the Honda, its an 05 Honda CR-V SE 4WD(kinda) with only 36,000 on it when I bought it last year for about $12,000.00, one owner, clean Car Fax. The Jeep or if you will the 'Heep' I paid four hundred bucks for and ended up putting about three thousand into it with parts and labor, solid tough Truck that I use to haul a wet dog back from the lake everyday and of course the occasional romps off road(The 'Pitts' in Wellsville Ohio and Southington Off Road Park). If your going to wheel a Cherokee make sure you at least have front tow hooks on it, pulling from the front sway bar is never good but if you rip it off at least you can still drive the truck home.
I just recently discovered #26 High Tech Yeller wax and love it. Not sure about how long it will last but it really makes the metallic flakes in the paint on the Honda pop. I used Mothers cleaner(step #1) to prepare the surface before hand and than applied one coat of wax and another coat the following weekend. I think I am going to get at least three coats on and than wait till November to wax it again, I like a shiny car but protecting the clear coat and paint is number one for me.
