The Teana shares the same platform with the Altima and Maxima, notice the tail end is kinda like a Maxima. The 230JS you see here is one step under the top of the line sport model 350JS. There is also a 230KM and 230JM. The 230 and 350 parts stand for the engine, either a 2.3 or 3.5.
Funny thing is that it is actually sold in some other countries as the Maxima. Not the Maxima here in the U.S. though. You are correct it is sold mainly in Asia.
