  • 2 SPF Cobra's

So a few local forums members came over the house this early morning and man, these Cobra's both needed some serious TCL. I so wish that I could of had these cars for myself, but it was fun enough to help them and they both learned fairly quickly !

It is always cool to see non believers become believers after they see what a few hours with some Meguiar's Product can do .... OldYeller (Yellow Cobra) bought a new PC 7424 but without the Velcro Plate and I was a bit worried about the cutting pad it came with . So we taped a nice little square and hit it with some M80 (naturally both Cobra's got a nice clay job first). LOL, they stood around amazed with the test spot .

JHWalker (Black Cobra) had to leave a little early during out lunch at Chi Chi's, so we couldnt get him in the shoot.

    Enjoy...

Nice work. a quick question... how did you handle the decorative button head hex screws around the hood & scoop? OK... the ones for the scoop actually hold it on, but the ones around the hood edge are strictly decorative. Am debating removing them when I do mine, but is a lot of work & I worry about the screw holes getting filled up with polish so that the screws won't sit right on re-installation. I've thought of taping them off, but would like to get everything. I guess I just dread removing & re-installing 50+ screws... lots of opportunities for scratches.

that would be alot of work and no, we did not take it off.

The Yellow one it was really noticeable where the Pad could not reach deep enough due to the scoop edge. The color combo made things stand out to me... So taking the scoop off would be nice, if possible without scratching the paint.

The M80 never got a chance to dry and NXT came right off without filling in the screw holes with wax...I thought it was rivets though, not screws.

Not sure if you go to their SPF site, but you are more then welcome to contact the both owners on our local board. http://socalterminators.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=14460

JHWalker logs on more then OldYeller.
