  • Detailed: 2005 Chrysler Sebring Convertible

I just finished detailing this red/maroon Sebring convertible. The condition wasn't as bad as other old cars. It only had some minor swirl marks from every day use. There were other deeper scratches present as well. First I washed the car and wheels using Turtle Wax ICE Car wash via Gilmour Foam Gun. I also used APC+ to scrub the tires and the wheel wells. Here are some pictures after washing the car:

I then clayed the car and here are some pictures while and after doing it.

After claying 1/3 of the hood Yikes!

      great turnaround!

Just wondering your process of 106 on LC white on "upper" sections and 80, 8006 on lower??? did you find that the "upper" sections only needed a finishing polish? Did the pannels have diffrent defects and or requirements for the diffrent treatment? SIP finishes down great, then 80 or 106 would have made the paint really "pop"

Love the warm glow tech wax has

I just didn't want to use 106FF on the whole car because it's too expensive. Plus M80 is a great polish!

Correct M80 is outstanding, so are your results. 106 does not do a whole lot of "correcting", but more of refining what already has been done.

I was just curious that is all.

That is a highly reflective finish you got there. Sebring looks great. Way to go.
