  • Detailed: 2007 Toyota Fortuner

This SUV was bought brand new and it had never been detailed since.
Had lots of contaminants bonded to the paint, some bugs and rock chips in the front bumper and the interior was dirty in every place you can dream of!

The exterior was washed with Shampoo Plus, once dried I clayed it with Meguiar's Mild Clay w/ Last Touch 1:1. The paint didn't have many scratches so I figure M205 with the rotary could do the job and it did. Once I finished I switched to M205 on the Flex and sealed with M20 on my G110.

Wheel were cleaned with APC, same with the wheel wells. Rims were cleaned with Wheel Brightener and calipers were cleaned with APC

Headlights were polished with M205 on the rotary, I was just testing this and I liked the results

The interior was vacuumed, cleaned and dressed. Meguiar's products used were M40, Glass Cleaner Concentrate, APC+.

All carpets were cleaned with various products

All windows were cleaned with Glass Cleaner Concentrate. Wheels were dressed with Hot Shine Tire Gel and wheel wells with HyperDressing. Some black plastic I dressed it using M40.

Looks good! I've actually never heard of a Toyota Fortuner before - it's an interesting looking vehicle. The back end on this vehicle reminds me of a Honda Odyssey. Great job!

P.S. Your before and after labels are mixed up. I was wondering why it was dirtier when you were done.

Some were done with APC+ but I also used some non Meguiar's products that I think I prefer to reserve the name since this is a Meguiar's forum
