    2007 Volkswagen Passat

    I did this car yesterday afternoon but didnt have time to upload the pics until today. The paint was pretty soft and there was very little above surface bonded contaminants, this took 9 hours inside and out, and the engine bay.

    Process:

    1. Wash with NXT Generation Car Wash
    2. Clay with Smooth Surface Clay Kitand #34 - Final Inspection
    3. Clean/Polish with #205 - Ultra Finishing Polish on a SoftBuff 2.0 Polishing Pad
    4. NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 by hand

    Other Products Used:

    Quik Wheel Detailer
    Hot Shine Tire Gel Kit
    #40 - Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner

                    Great Job Nick, looks fantastic!

                    I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.
                    I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
                    Remove swirls my friends.

                      Very, very nice work!! It is good to see that Passat in the US looks exactly the same as here - over the pond. BTW, would you - in the US - still consider a 2 liter engine to be small?? Do you know that Passat in Europe will soon be fitted with a 1.2l engine?? It will have both supercharger (compressor) and turbo but "1.2" still sounds weird.
