    this is interesting, because i only use consumer range product to detail :-
    Quick wash

    Meguiars
    Step 1 - paint cleaner (by hand- lightly)
    Step 2 - Polishing (step 2) with flexi pads & ROB - bosch GX 115

    NXT 2.0 tech wax

    weekly wash & Top up with UQD (by the owner herself)

    End Results- Mamamia- astonishing

              Yes i would think so,
              back in Malaysia is not so friendly but detailers tend to step on each other
              conflict of interest

              Thanks God there is still plenty of forum buddies like u, who help me out

                        This generation of Civic is the most tricky to work on.

                        It looks like you have successfully dialed in a setting that works for this type of paint! I think the less aggressive consumer products have worked well on this car!

                        Do you mind sharing with us the pad and machine settings you used for this car? I have a lot to learn from you man...

                          i believe this Oem paint is good but is very very soft

                          As there is not paint correction need to be done (makita has no value to it) LOL

                          Its all about Meguiars product, I detailed this ride, prior acquire Makita. with Bosch GX 115 & Flexi Pads (this is a very old pad, i got 3 years ago) white foam pads with Step 2 Polisher with moderate pressure(no speed dial as this is Radom orbitor Buffer)
                          finish with orange Pads for NXT 2.0

                          lots of TLC.....to complete the taskwhich u have

                          i will post another 3 yrs old civic which i did with M86
