Re: Honda S2000 - Black and heavily modified!
Just getting around to responding now...
Thanks!
As far as I know, the car is used on normal streets as well.
To be honest, I am not sure if there is access to the boot with that hardtop extension and wing. I doubt it though.
Thank you!
Thanks! Black is always tough, but the results are worthit!
Thank you very much!
Thank you very much!
Thanks!
Yeah the steps listed are correct. I wasn't happy to have to do a 4th step, but every job is like a resume and you have to s u c k (why is it starred out?) it up and deal with it.
In my experience, Poli-Seal has enough cut to get rid of the light trails. When I mean light, I mean very light trails. With enough pressure, you can do some light correction which is exactly what I need. I have read on the Optimum forums that when using Poli-Seal by machine, you can do correction. Try using Poli-Seal with a 4 inch orange pad on the PC. You can knock out some nice swirls! I wonder how the Meguiar's alternative works?
Thanks a lot!!
lol, I take it you don't like the modified imports :P
Thanks for your compliments!
Thanks a lot! If I had an S2K, I would want to keep the trunk too, even though it's really small :P.
Thank you very much!
Thanks! Black Hondas are tough to work with. I did an 08 Si yesterday and even after M105 on a white, PowerFinish on a white, and FPII on a blue, there was still light buffer trails. This time I use Poli-Seal on a white, did a couple of IPA wipedowns, and the trails were gone. It's almost tempting to charge extra for black Hondas, lol!
