  • 2001 Chevy Corvette

Here is a detail I did last week for a co-worker of mine. He has owned the car for 8 years and it has just over 34k on the clock.

He keeps it pretty clean so the befores dont show very much. I washed using Gold Class and a microfiber mitt. The convertable top was cleaned with 303 convertable top cleaner. Wheels cleaned with APC+ and bugs treated with Body Solvent.

    Before:

After the wash, I clayed the surface with Last Touch and Mild clay.

Since he did not opt for any correction, I sealed the paint with M20 Polymer Sealant.

Here are some afters when I removed the sealant.

While I did the exterior, my wife worked away on the interior.

    Passenger mat not so bad.

    Drivers mat, not so good.

She scrubbed the mats with APC+ and let it dwell. Then she extracted them with the LGM.

This is just from the two floor mats.

The seats were not so hot either. Thank meguiars for APC+ !

Here are some 50/50 shots of the drivers seat. Passenger seat was not bad.

After the seats were done. We cleaned them with Lexol leather cleaner and protected with Lexol leather preserver.

And finally, here are some afters.

    The End. Thanks for looking.

        looks great!
There's no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you'll enjoy the rest of your flight. By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?
