2004 Ford Expedition, 103k at its best.
Same client who owns the big white boat I did back in March.
The truck was dropped off at 5:30am,
The wheels, tires, wells, and running boards were cleaned with Deep Crystal Car Wash, Super Degreaser, Wheel Brightener, and All Purpose Cleaner along with various brushes.
The truck was then washed with Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner, and Body Solvent where needed.
Lower fenders and front end were scrubbed with a bug sponge and soap and water to remove bugs.
I then dried the truck and stated working on the interior.
I did not get any before picures of the interior, it was not that dirty and I did not have all that much time to take pictures of random areas. Sometimes you just have to get the job done.
I pulled the mats, then vacummed, dry brushed, and vacummed again. I then cleaned the carpet and mats with All Purpose Cleaner, warm water, and a carpet brush. I then extracted the cleaning solution with water, my shop vac, and cotton towels to dry.
All interior surfaces were cleaned with All Purpose Cleaner, cotton towels, and small various brushes where needed. Then dressed with Quik Interior Detailer.
The door jambs were wiped out with All Purpose Cleaner, then sealed with my 70/30 mix of #135 - Synthetic Spray Detailer and Ultimate Quik Wax.
Glass was cleaned with Glass Cleaner Concentrate at 10:1. All air vents and crevices were cleaned out with a paintbrush.
I then started on the exterior.
I clayed the paint with Detailing Clay (Mild) and Last Touch Spray Detailer at 1:1. I then worked in an application of #66 - Quick Detailer (Cleaner/Wax) with my PC at speed 4 and a W8207 pad to clean the paint and remove some light marring. I topped the #66 an hour later with my 70/30 mix of #135 - Synthetic Spray Detailer and Ultimate Quik Wax.
The wheels and roof were waxed with A12 Cleaner Wax. The tires, trim, and wheelwells were dressed with All Season Dressing. All glass was cleaned with Glass Cleaner Concentrate at 10:1.
