    Detailing the "Silver Bullet"

    Today I completed the detailing of my daughter's 2000 Mazda Protege which we call the "Silver Bullet." I used a five-step detailing process.
    Wash
    Clay
    Meguiars Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner
    Meguiars No. 9 Swirl Remover Polish
    Meguiars Gold Class Wax x 2
    All products applied with Porter Cable 7336.
    All products removed with Meguiars Ultimate Wipes.

    This is the second automobile that I have completely finished detailing. I invested about eight hours in the project. I am absolutely delighted in the results that I have achieved with the Meguiars products and the information I have learned from this forum.

    Tomorrow I start detailing my mother-in-law's 95 Buick. I will post pictures when the job is finished.

          I had a great time detailing my daughter's car. She was thrilled with the results. She also got her tires rotated and her oil changed by her dear old dad!
