Hi everyone,
I'm currently detailing a black MB E430 and it has A TON of swirls. The body shop misused their rotary polisher causing buffer trails throughout the entire car. This morning, I proceeded to clay the entire car using OTC clay and last touch as my lubricant. After claying the entire car, I can barely see the swirls!!! So I got some 70% isoprophyl alcohol and wiped down 3 panels. Low and behold, the swirls can now be seen.
Does the Meg's detailer last touch have some fillers in it? Why did it hide the swirl marks?
Thanks!
