    Hi spotdog14,

Clear Coat Body Scrub contains both a chemical cleaner and a diminishing abrasive. It is safe to use on clear coats. Remember, your choice of applicator will and can have an effect on the results.

For best results on a clear coat, stick with a clean, foam wax applicator pad on a clean, cool surface. After applying and removing the Body Scrub, proceed to apply a coat of polish, (optional), and then a paint protectant.

Body Scrub works well, I show and use it often for cleaning paint by hand. It can be used with a PC or and OB.
