Consumer vs. Professional Line

This has been discussed a bit, but how similar/different are Swirl-X/Compound versus their pro counterparts 205/105?

Just wondering if we are seeing VERY similar products that are repackaged, or are they truly different.

Would appreciate any help and info the insiders can provide!

Should I replace M80 and M83 with M105 and M205 now?

Should I get ULTIMATE COMPOUND and SCRATCH X 2.0 in place of them?

What is the difference between ULTIMATE QUICK DETAILER and ULTIMATE QUICK WAX?

Is this a totally new creation or a consumer version of M105 with less aggressiveness?

Here's my answer,

All three of these new swirl and scratch removers use our new super micro abrasive technology and are unique formulas. So there are similarities but they are not identical Pro formulas in Consumer bottles.

Please remember that while the new consumer products use our new super micro abrasive technology that doesn't mean we just pour existing products into different bottles. I know that's a simple idea for people to wrap their brain around but that doesn't make it so.

Pro product are used for different things than what enthusiasts use product for and are often times used with rotary buffers for removing sanding marks or serious defects in fresh paint environments.

Good question, one that will come up over and over I'm sure as people seem to tend thinks all this formulating of products is Simple Simon but that's just not so...
