I have a 1997 Millenia and it looks like the rims have some rust and caked on brake dust. I'm trying to get them clean. According to the website it says the finish is "machined".

That pic looks like a hub cap? Maybe you could actually call the company for advice on the material/coating, or take a pic of your own wheels?
If it is bare metal, it would be safer to use the Aluminum Wheel Cleaner. Though depending on how bad things are, other products may be needed.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue
