I took my car through a car wash (big mistake I know) and the car wash never turned on... i.e. it never wet my car down and the brushed never started working. So my car just sat on the conveyor belt banging into all the brushes etc. It left marks in my clear coat and a couple of spots need minor wet sanding. I am looking for someone experienced in working with a Black vehicle, who can help me remove these blemishes. Thanks!

Re: Looking for a detailer in Northern VA (Loudoun County)
Wow, I hope the car wash place is paying to get it fixed.
Good luck with it...Originally posted by BluelineI own a silver vehicle and a black vehicle owns me. The black one demands attention, washing, detailing, waxing and an occasional dinner out at a nice restaurant. The silver one demands nothing and it looks just fine. I think the black vehicle is taking advantage of me, and the silver car is more my style. We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

I forgot to mention that its a 2008 GM vehicle.
Davey- you would think the car wash would be... they are trying to deny anything even happened... its a complete mess. At this point, I just want to get my vehicle cleaned up and move one with life. I love my car and want to keep loving it. Not look at it and get frustrated by all the clear coat mars
