  • You gotta love Ebay!!!

I buy so many things on Ebay! In the 5+ years I have bought and sold things on Ebay I have only been BURNED once.

I just returned from Best Buy. I went there to buy a second computer mouse just like the one I bought about eight months ago for about $27. Best Buy no longer carries the model I want.

I got home and bought the model I am looking for on Ebay new in the box for $8.00!!!!!!!!

    You gotta love it!

I got my Atomic skis/boots on ebay last year for a little over $400. They were on sale at a local discount ski shop for $900. I also got a $200 pair of Hugo Boss blue jeans for $45, and it wasn't a knock off.

I usually don't buy anything without checking ebay first.

I agree! Gotta love eBay, I too have been burned once but thats it, every other transaction has went flawless... I also look at eBay prior to purchasing at a store. SS, you mentioned a mouse, that is where I bought my Microsoft Wireless mouse for half of retail and it was new in box! Not to mention all the collectors stuff you can get. A common item I purchase are "Mach3 Turbo" shaver blades, can get then for around $1 per blade(retail is maybe $3 a blade can't remember for sure) just have to keep your eyes open don't bid on the first one you come across.

Collector items can get pricey, especially if there's a bidding war. I got into one buying Dick Trickle's driving suit from his first Busch series win. I paid A LOT for it. I'm still shooting myself over not stepping up and buying a Dale Earnhardt driving suit for the same price. I could have retired on that thing in a few years.
