Anyone know how to pan fry whole fish?

    Another good addition to a baked/grilled fish while camping is to crush potato or corn chips to a fine powder in a bag. the oils in the chips adhere quite nicely to the fish and crisp in the pan or the oven. a nice one is chili cheese fritos or ranch lays with a 1/4 sprig of rosemary. makes for a easy batter with no dipping on camping trips!
