I just wanted to send some props to Rick at ADS. I ordered some supplies from him last week and got them in three days. What I'm really happy about is I asked him about the Meguiar's Duffel Bag and buying it. Since I already spend $50, he gave me a great price on the bag...and he really didn't have too. I'm glad to see customer service isn't dead. Rick will always get my business...like he has the last two times already. Thanks again Rick.

I had an excellent experience with him as well:
I ordered about a $100.00 order. UPS said it was delivered on my door step while I was not home. I got home and never found it. UPS insisited that it was delivered so my assumption to this day is that someone walked off with it.
Regardless, ADS sent me out a new order at no charge while UPS investigated. That's what I call great service. Until this day that initial shipment never showed up and I don't know what the investigation found. Bottom line ADS took care of me and I'll be placing more orders in the future.
