While sitting at your desk (seems to work standing for me too) lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles. Now while making the circles with your foot, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction and there's nothing you can do about it.
It worked for me and two of my coworkers both sitting and standing. Thought it was sort of cool.
