Just got put under a Winter Storm Watch for 7 to 10 inches of snow for a storm that's a day and a half away.....not a good thing with that type of accumulations for a storm that far out.
So that leads me to two things....
A. We're not getting any kind of snow....which is fine.
Or.....
B. We'll be getting double the amount of what's predicted and I'll be shoveling until my arms and legs fall off! I'd rather do a full paint correction detail by hand before shoveling 2 feet or more of snow!!!
Hope you guy's here in the Mid Atlantic are prepared!!
For those who fought for it, freedom has a flavor the protected will never know.
Got almost 20" of snow Friday night into Saturday afternoon. Had to get out my 4x4 ATV with snow plow and bust through with the plow in the fully up position for the first pass in order to break through the deep snow, then lowered the blade and finished the driveway off.
Expecting another 6" Tomorrow into Wednesday. No detailing happening here any time soon.....
Now they are bumping up the forecast to 6" to 10" of snow expected Tuesday and Wednesday on top of the nearly 20" of snow we just got over the weekend. Boy I sure hope they are wrong. We have enough snow! These are out of the ordinary snow fall amounts for my area. We usually only get a few inches at a time.
Cloudy now, but Tuesday-Wednesday they are predicting 10-12" of snow with 30-40 mph winds. I live in a semi rural area, not looking forward to the near blizzard conditions.
