Hi everyone,
I just recent order some soft buff pads 2.0 and apc and apc+ from ADS. Not only do they have excellent prices and meguairs product selections. But more importantly they have excellent customer service on top of it. As you read more and more on this forum how great they are, I want to re-affirm that to new members.

They are very fast at replying via email and shipping.

The new meguiars softbuff 2.0 pads look well design. Had I known to after reading the instructions, I would have bought the final inspection as well to prime the polishing pad. Wonder if I could use last touch or another product to prime it instead.

Rick at ADS really goes out of his way to take care of his customers. Great guy and great site.

As for the priming, I have used 50/50 Last Touch and water to prime pads on occasion without issue - in a pinch, it will probably work just fine for you.

Very good site to order from. The flat rate shipping makes it a bonus. I believe his site said free shipping over $95 up til the 27th of this month.

Yep. As luck would have it, Rick decided to have his little "special" the week after I placed my big order and spent $17 on shipping. Blast it all to pieces, anyway.

Rick is a great guy to do business with. On top of good service on typical orders, he is very quick and fair about fixing the rare mistake they make.

My first order with them last year shipped with the wrong backing plate for my PC. Exchanged a couple of emails with Rick and also mentioned that I had meant to add a bottle of M40 to my order. He said no problem - ship the wrong plate to me USPS flat rate and you'll have the right plate and M40 in 2 days. There wasn't any of the waiting for him to receive a box from me before he'd ship the new stuff out or anything else that some businesses try to pull.

He's the kind of guy you could justify paying a little more for the same product over someone else because to me his level of service has an added value. It's the kind of business model that a lot more companies should follow. Rick deserves the success he gets from his work. Looking forward to doing more business with him this year but I'm pretty well stocked up right now.
