2010 MOL Students Update!

It's a bit late getting this going, but better late than never! What's everyone been up to? Anyone graduate yet?

This semester, I have the following classes:
COMS 103- Presentational Speaking in the Organization
FIN 134- Financial Management
FIN 135- Investments
FIN 136- Modern Portfolio Management
FIN 137- Financial Institutions and Markets

I'll be taking my lab course over the summer at a JC.

Then, in the Fall, I just signed up for these classes Tuesday morning:
GM 105- Strategic Management
SPAN 7- Spanish Reading Proficiency
SOC 162- Middle Eastern Societies and Culture
FACS 140- Family Resource Management
RPTA 122- Perspectives on Leisure

The last two are both a writing intensive class (you write A LOT), lucky me as I only need one, but the Family Resource Management class fit my schedule and gave me my last upper division GE class I need. With what I've got now, the lab over the summer, and the five in the fall, I'll have my B.S. Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics on December 17th this year as that is the last day of the semester! 238 days to go, lol!

What's everyone else up to?!

I'm retired now but I graduated from college in 1965. Life has been pretty good.

MBA school, now over halfway done. Woo hoo! Also, studying for my Project Management Professional certification (PMP).

Acct 102 Managerial Accounting
and SCIN 111 General Science.


But this summer Ill be joining the military....sooo thats that for a while. lol

I know I am not a moderator, but try and keep the political issues in the political forums. I just don't want to see an all out fight break out in the thread.

Graduated last summer but currently taking Biochemistry 2 and Environmental Health at a local university. I'll be applying to Dental School this summer!

I graduated from college about 6 years ago (holy **** that flew by). Being in school has its perks over the real world except for the reverse cash flow issue. There are days I wish I was back in school. Graduating and getting on with your life is exciting but don't concentrate on that so much that you don't enjoy the last year of school at least a little.

AC Circuits
AC Lab
Sequential Logic & Lab
College Algebra and Trig

I am going for Bio Medical Equipment and Information Technology.

Graduated in December of 2009 with a BS in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a concentration in Law Enforcement. Accepted a job at the beginning of March, in the field of which I studied.

Starting to think about Grad School. Really weighing my options on what I want to get a Master's Degree in. My employer pays 75% for a Master's, so it would be silly not to consider it.
