  • Clay Lube

My clay lube ran out but I have a lot of the clay bar left.

What else can I use as the lube for the bar?
I don't want to go out and buy the set again when I dont need the clay bar!

    Hi Alan,

You can easily find Meguiar's Quik Detailer at any auto parts store for around $5.00

Has anyone tried diluting #00 Hi-Tech Wash with water and using it as a clay lube. Seems like it would work very well as #00 has high lubricity.

Quik Detailer is probably the simples solution as it will be easier to find and it should work fine.
