You probably remember about a month ago I detailed my Camry's engine. http://www.meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22916

Well, yesterday I had some free time on my hands and I detailed me '02 Tahoe's engine.

Process:

Used APC (4:1) to spray the engine followed by a brush soaked in water before turning the hose on it. Then applied CD2 engine detailer per instructions on the can. Bigger difference than the Camry. I'm happy w/ the results.

If you don't mind me asking, where do you purchase the CD2 detailer spray. I live in Lubbock, Texas, and I can't find it at any stores.
thanks,
danny

Danny,

The bad part is finding it. Since it's not a Meguiar's product, I sent you a PM on some sources.

Nice.

Hey, maybe that Vortec plastic cover was stamped by me back in 2001. I remember hot stamping those very same covers. :)

Maybe, it's a 2002 and was assembled in TX.
