Will ScratchX do it, yes. All in one day...no...

Did I show you the video of how to use it?

How to correctly apply ScratchX to remove swirls and scratches (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6561779259119696224&ei=x0V1SK-hKJSGrQKuq8i7Aw&hl=en)

As you can see, it takes a fair bit of effort. If you try to do too much at once, you will not get good results. If you have all day, maybe you can get several panels done with resting in between.

But as your arms get tired, your results will suffer, so dont try to do too much. Try to get some panels ScratchXed and waxed in one day, then do the rest over the next few days, or next weekend.

it cant be done in one day? OMG any suggestions which part to start first?? i havent bought scratch X, can i just focus using Color X and after that do i plan to put wax on it, it need to be done one whole car first right?

bro mur, is that swirls light or heavy???

I mean, you can try all in one day... but for 90% of people, after the second or third panel, their results will start to tail off, esp if the swirls take 2 or 3 applications to remove.

oki then i will give it a try and post it here again :D

M105 with a microfiber applicator would require allot less work. Do small sections at a time, 12 X12, check your work then do it again if you need too. What might take 3 or 4 applications with ScratchX might only take one or two with M105. Then add a coat of ColorX with some passion. Take a look at my posts in 'Working by Hand" I had great results with M105 on an 11 year old car with allot of swirls. Don't forget to clay first.

M105 would be a great choice, not as easy to get as ScratchX but it'll require less effort from you to remove those defects.

Try the scratch-x. Do a panel at a time for the best results.

I would you Scratch-X first, like mentioned before and then finish it off with ColorX if your going to work by hand.

Read through these threads:
How To Remove Swirls By Hand (http://meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7011)
How to remove a defect by hand with ScratchX (http://meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1516)

ColorX isn't a real strong cleaner, thats why we are suggesting ScratchX and Ultra Cut Compound (#105) (http://www.meguiarsdirect.com/detail/MEG+ULTRA+32) to get rid of the swirls on your car first.

See how well the scratch-x improves things, then use your color-x.

Do you think the swirls are created before or after the car handed to you by the dealer?

If the answer is after, you might want to analyse what went wrong in your car washing process.

its before, when it arrived it already have swirls all over and holograms

from what I read on this forum, you have to use a Dual Action orbital and M80.Scottwax4

it will work.:xyxthumbs

does M80 have protections like NXT 2.0, or we need to apply NXT 2.0 immediately after applying M80? since I am using a 4,75inch BP pad, can anyone recommend what pad should how use? to obtain a maximum result
